Returns

Due to the nature custom made products, returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be returned. All returns must be made within 30 days of your order's shipping date. All returned products must be in new condition with all original packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded as they are a non-recoverable expense. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.

Parts, accessories, and blank keycaps can be returned without any additional restrictions.

All printed keycaps and textured engraved keycaps are non-refundable. All custom cables are non-refundable.

Custom keyboards are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Keyboards must be shipped back in the same packaging or similar to protect against shipping damage. Damaged returns will be refused.

Standard products without any custom printing such O-rings, switches, etc. can be returned within 30-days with no restocking fee.

CODE keyboards can be returned without a restocking fee provide the item is in new condition and has all original packaging and accessories.
