Duties and Taxes
Please note that customs duties, taxes and import fees, if applicable, are not included. If you are not familiar with your country's import fees and regulations, you will need to contact your local post office or customs office for more information.
By default, UPS international shipping will charge all customs duties, taxes and fees to the shipping address. This is a common issue if you are shipping the package to your work instead of your home. If you have your own UPS account we can bill duties and taxes to that account. To request this please email us with your order number and UPS account number and we can set it up.
We suggest UPS for larger international packages. UPS handles the package from beginning to end which makes tracking and the import process much simpler.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited - 2 to 5 business days
- UPS Worldwide Express Saver - 1 to 3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express International - 3 to 5 business days
