    Due to the nature custom made products, returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be returned. All returns must be made within 30 days of your order's shipping date.   • Exchanges

    Exchanges are simply handled as two separate transactions. You will need to arrange a return for the original item and place a new order online for the new item. Please contact customer support info@wasdkeyboards.com to arrange a return.

  • Incorrect or Missing Items

    We will replace any incorrect or missing item. Please contact us with the details of the problem and we will promptly respond with a solution. We will cover all shipping costs of additional packages for incorrect, or missing items due to our error. We are not responsible for any user mistakes during the ordering process.

  • Warranty and Service

    If there is a problem with your keyboard within 60 days of purchase, we will offer free return shipping for your keyboard.** After the initial 60 days, all keyboards carry a 2-year limited warranty. The limited warranty will cover any mechanical or electrical defect. We will cover parts, labor, and one way shipping. **International customers must pay for return shipping costs.
