If there is a problem with your keyboard within 60 days of purchase, we will offer free return shipping for your keyboard.** 

After the initial 60 days, all keyboards carry a 2-year limited warranty. The limited warranty will cover any mechanical or electrical defect. We will cover parts, labor, and one way shipping.

**International customers must pay for return shipping costs. We will only cover shipping costs one way.

We offer a 1 year replacement warranty on all our UV printed keycaps.

After 2 years, repair service is available for a nominal repair fee plus shipping charges.
