International shipping is available to most countries around the world. Shipping costs are based the total weight of your order, your location, and the shipping service selected. For shipping costs, add the items you wish to order to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that customs duties, taxes and import fees, if applicable, are not included.
If you are not familiar with your country's import fees and regulations, you will need to contact your local post office or customs office for more information. Fees have been reported to be anywhere from 0% to 50% of your order value.
Any unclaimed or refused packages returned by the carrier will have all associated shipping costs deducted from the refund.
By default, UPS international shipping will charge all customs duties, taxes and fees to the shipping address. This is a common issue if you are shipping the package to your work instead of your home. If you have a UPS business account (personal accounts are not applicable) we can bill duties and taxes to that account. To request this please email us with your order number and UPS account number and we can set it up.
Shipping carriers during this time are having issues delivering on time. UPS has removed their delivery guarantee until further notice, USPS has removed their delivery guarantee to some destinations, and has suspended service entirely to some destinations. We suggest UPS for larger international packages. UPS handles the package from beginning to end which makes tracking and the import process much simpler.

- USPS Priority Mail Express International - 3 to 5 business days
- USPS First-Class International - 1 to 4 weeks
USPS First-Class International Packages
First-Class Package International is the most cost-efficient way of sending small packages. However, shipping times can vary from 1-5 weeks.
Select countries support online tracking with First-Class Mail. For countries that do not support tracking, you will only see package activity within the US. Please see below for a list of countries that currently support online tracking with USPS First-Class Package International Service.

- Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- New Zealand
- Slovak Republic
I wouldn't recommend spending the extra eleven dollars on the ground shipping because I made the mistake of choosing that option and I didn't even get my order in the time it shows. My order was rescheduled the day it was supposed to be delivered to a new date three days later. I don't know how much of this actually has to do with WASD keyboards, because they hopefully aren't the ones rescheduling, but it is just a warning for other cusomers. I am just kinda annoyed because if you pay those extra eleven dollars, you probably want the eleven dollars to go towards what you were told it was going to do. It is just a minor inconvenience but it still is annoying.
It might have something to do with Covid, but regardless don't look at those delivery times with confidence.
I'm sorry to hear about any delays or issues with shipping. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. COVID is playing a huge part in shipping delays lately, to the point that carriers cannot guarantee shipping times/dates.
If a package is stuck for an excessive amount of time, or seems otherwise lost, we always recommend emailing us so we can try to investigate further.
This is completely understandable, but I just wanted to warn those about shipping times, as we are getting close to the holidays. I know others will be ordering these for the holidays and I think it would be unfortunate if they didn't arrive in time.
