Returns and Exchanges

What are the restrictions for returns?

• All eligible returns must be within 30 days of your order ship date.
• All returned products must be in new condition with all original packaging.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Standard Product Returns

The following items can be returned without any additional restrictions.

• CODE Keyboards
• Barebone Keyboards
• Stocked Accessories (Keypullers, O-Rings, wrist rests, etc.)
• Keyboard Parts (Switches, stabilizers, etc)

Returns with Restocking Fees

The following items require custom work and are subject to a restocking fee.

• V3 Keyboards - 10% restocking fee
• VP3 Keyboards - 10% restocking fee
• All printed keycaps - 20% restocking fee
• Custom sleeved cables - 20% restocking fee

How do I start a return?

Please create a ticket through our support portal, send us an email, or chat to an agent to obtain an RMA number.

How do exchanges work?

Any exchange will be handled as two separate transactions. A refund and a new purchase. Return the item you wish to exchange for a refund and place a new order on our website at anytime.
