When can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified under the following terms:
- Order has not been shipped.
- Orders will any custom work, such as printing or sleeving, cannot be cancelled or changed if the work is already completed.
What changes can I make?
- Changes to design parameters such as colors or text.
- Switching to different products of the same or less value.
- Removing any products.
Why do I need to cancel my order?
In some cases, it may be simpler and easier for you to cancel an reorder instead of changing your order. For example, we are not able to make any additional charges to your credit card, so changes requiring additional charges are typically refunded first and a new order will be placed.
