60-Day Free Return Period

We stand by the quality of our keyboards. If there is a problem with your keyboard within 60 days of purchase, we will offer free return shipping for your keyboard.**

**International customers must pay for return shipping costs. We will only cover shipping costs one way.

2-Year Limited Warranty

After the initial 60 days, all keyboards carry a 2-year limited warranty. The limited warranty will cover any manufacturer mechanical or electrical defect. We will cover parts, labor, and one way shipping.

Lifetime Support

After 2 years, repair service and parts may be available for a nominal fee provided we still have parts available to service your keyboard.

Not Covered by Warranty

Any physical or elemental damage caused by anything not due to a manufacturer defect. This means ninja beverage spills, karate chops, and bowling ball drops on your keyboard (all of which we've seen happen) are not covered. 

Keycaps

UV Printed Keycaps

We'll cover any premature wearing of your custom printed keys for the first year. 

Other keycap sets

Non-UV printed sets such as our PBT sets or doubleshot ABS sets are protected from manufacturing defects such as deformations or structural defects, but not from normal wear such as key shine.

Accessories

All other products will carry a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
