The Order Process

How to order

• All orders must be placed online through our website.
• We accept all major credit cards and Google Pay for payment.
• Orders are charged at the time order.

How long does it take to process?

• Any product that requires custom printing will generally take 1-5 business days to ship. The processing time depends on how many others we have queued at the moment.
• Stocked items (eg. CODE Keyboards, Switch Testers, O-Rings, etc) are generally shipped within 1 business day.

How long does shipping take?

• Shipping transit times vary with your geographical location. We are located in Fremont, CA, so general rule is the further away you are, the longer it will take.
  • UPS Ground is 1-5 business days
  • Priority Mail is 1-3 days business days.
  • First-Class Mail takes 1-5 business days.

How can I check order status?

• You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order.
• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.
• If you logged in during checkout, you can also view your order through your My Account link through the website. There are only two order states: Processing and Completed.
