The designer is pretty cool, but it's not clear how I can use the design I've created with what I'm actually adding to the cart. Do you have more details?

Hi, What you create with the online designer tool is what will be applied to the order when you add to cart. The cart page thumbnail image doesn't change to display customization, it is a static product photo. Sorry for any confusion.

If you upload a custom layout file, that will be applied to the keycap colors you have picked on the product page. We don't have a way to show a preview of that before checkout, but if you want a preview before we produce the final product just request it in the order comments.

How do I unsubscribe from emails to this thread? I asked a question on it like a year ago and have gotten emails about every comment ever since. And there's no link anywhere to unsubscribe. Thanks

There is an Unfollow button at the top right of the thread. Just click that and you should no longer receive email notifications.

Hi, We are not currently equipped to customize backlight compatible keycaps, sorry. It is something we're looking into for the future.

    Hi !

Is there a way of creating custom colors for the caps ? On the downloaded tempalte says keycap colors need to be defined with the online designer tool.

Hi, We are not able to mold keycaps in one-off custom colors, sorry to say. All our keycap colors are available with the online designer tool, and would just be specified there when ordering.

hey I want to buy a set of keycaps, but I see that they are only compatible with cherry, can they somehow work on my gk61 with optical switch?

As long as the switch mount is Cherry MX similar, it will be fine. From looking at GK61 optical switches, they appear to be Cherry MX similar. We have never tried them ourselves, but I'd guess they will fit.

I have encountered issues with the OS logo selection. Here are the details.

    The browser is Microsoft Edge.
I selected the WASD V3 87-Key Custom Mechanical Keyboard.

    https://www.wasdkeyboards.com/wasd-v3-87-key-custom-mechanical-keyboard.html

Selected "Charry MX Green (Tactile Click) +$25.00" in the drop-down box.
Kept the "Black" case color radio button.
    Clicked the "Next >>" button.

Seleced all white keycaps with black text.
    Clicked the "Next >>" button.

Clicked the "Change" button beneath the "OS" image.
Clicked on the "Windows 10" which puts a red box around it.
    Clicked the "OK" button.
The OS has text "Windows 10" below it.
The main keyboard image does not show the Windows 10 logo on the OS keycaps.
    Click the "Next >>" button.

The main keyboard image does not show the Windows 10 logo on the OS keycaps.
    Selected "0.4mm Travel Reduction, 40A-R O-Rings +$25.00" in the drop-down box.
Click the "ADD TO CART" button.

    https://www.wasdkeyboards.com/checkout/cart/

The keyboard image shows a black case with white keycaps and black text.
The text describes the switch type, case color, and sound dampeners,
    but not the OS keycaps.
The keyboard image does not show the Windows 10 logo on the OS keycaps.

Lawrence Miller Thank you, the OS legends are actually there, by default they are white, you just can't see them because they are white on white keycaps. The designer initially loads a layout without OS keys populated, so if you are loading an OS key legend that was previously prepopulated it doesn't have a legend color to retain for the swap. You'll have to go back to the colors tab and then color your OS legends in the color you want (black in this case).

Halfihagen What kind of issues are you having? Please email our support and we can walk you though it. Thank you
