Model V3 stopped working
My keyboard had been working for many years without any problem, until recently I started getting blinking red lights and nothing would work. I tried a factory reset, which seems to complete fine, but after I set the switches back to a normal operating configuration, I again get the factory reset pattern (blinking red -> solid blue -> solid green). I have tried different configurations (even on different laptops) and the result is the same.

The response I got from support said to "reset the dipswitches", and it actually fixed it for me!
What they said to do:
1. Unplug the keyboard
2. Turn the keyboard over and set ALL dipswitches to the "on" position
3. Plug the keyboard back in
5. Unplug the keyboard again
6. Set ALL dipswitches back to the "off" position
7. Plug the keyboard back in
