Model V3 stopped working

    im having the same issue atm

    tried the original cable another type a to c cable 

    and even a c to c one , all the same result , when i tried to update firmware just says 

    C'ant find USB HID Device!!

    Hi there, same here. My CODE V3 (usb-c) stopped working. My other CODE keyboard I bought in 2016 still works perfectly.

    Just happened to me.

    The response I got from support said to "reset the dipswitches", and it actually fixed it for me!

    What they said to do:

    1. Unplug the keyboard
    2. Turn the keyboard over and set ALL dipswitches to the "on" position
    3. Plug the keyboard back in

    5. Unplug the keyboard again
    6. Set ALL dipswitches back to the "off" position
    7. Plug the keyboard back in
