What software do you prefer?
We currently support Inkscape and Illustrator. We started supporting Inkscape mainly because most people do not have access to Illustrator and for most layout designs, Inkscape is more than sufficient for the job. That is the reason why all our support articles and our templates are designed for Inkscape users.
I have a feeling that many people would prefer Illustrator. We are working making a more robust Illustrator template for our Illustrator users.
So which software are you using?

Affinity Designer is an awesome alternative to Illustrator, and it's only $50 in the Mac App store. I think it's also available for Windows, because Serif produces a lot of Windows software. They have also created alternatives to Photoshop and InDesign.
And just to be clear, I'm not associated with Serif at all. I'm just a fan of not paying hundreds of dollars a year for some cloud service.
