Left ctrl. key not working

I just programmed a macro on the keyboard and put every switch on the back "off" not not accidently going into programming mode.

But now my left ctrl isn't working. When copy/pasting it only works with left control.

I tried restarting the computer and also unplug and plug-in the keyboard again.

With another keyboard the shortcut ctrl+c/v works as intended, just with my wasd keyboard it suddenly won't anymore.

Is there a way to check if I undid something while programming the macro? The macro works as intended btw. So that's fine. I just need my copy/paste back...

Edit: after reset it works again. But (of course) macros are gone again. Just wonder what might have caused the issue.
