V3 Keyboard stuck resetting

I've had a Code V3 keyboard for a couple years. Today I dropped a somewhat heavy (~1 lb) object on it, and ever since the keyboard is acting as if it's in reset mode:

1. On plugging in, all 3 lights flash red for a bit
2. The LEDs transition to solid blue for a few seconds
3. Finally, they transition to solid green and stay there

I've checked everything - all the switches are in OFF position. I've tried fidgeting with SW4 which seems to control reset, but nothing. I also pulled out some keys, and as far as I can tell there is no damage to anything. I've also tried multiple computers and USB cords.

It's acting like SW4 is stuck on, but I'm out of ideas on how to fix it. Any ideas?

  I didn't drop anything on mine, but in the middle of typing today it started printing extra characters. I unplugged and replugged and now it seems to be stuck in this state. Did you ever figure out?

  The response I got from support said to "reset the dipswitches", and it actually fixed it for me! 

   

  What they said to do: 

   

  1. Unplug the keyboard

  2. Turn the keyboard over and set ALL dipswitches to the "on" position

  3. Plug the keyboard back in

   

  5. Unplug the keyboard again

  6. Set ALL dipswitches back to the "off" position

  7. Plug the keyboard back in
