Key press occasionally not registering
I have a brand new V3 (Model HS) keyboard. For the most part it's great, but I've been having a problem where on rare occasions, I'll press a key and it will not register, even if I'm actively holding it; it will act as if it's not being held.
I have dip switches 2/3/4 on (dvorak layout, gating windows key behind scroll lock, and remap caps lock to control), but don't use any of the other fancier functions. This is a windows 11 machine. I haven't messed with any firmware, just using whatever came on it.
I haven't been able to find a way to intentionally reproduce it, but it happens most often when I'm pressing a series of quick movement key presses, for example pressing a/e to move to the side followed by holding comma to move forward; that key I end on holding will act as if it's not being held down. Release the key and pressing it again works fine. This is turning into a problem for games where fast responses matter.

This is unfortunately not a Code keyboard; I haven't noticed any sort of connectivity loss here, simply on rare occasions (perhaps once a day-ish if I'm playing a lot of games that day) during a fast series of key presses where one of the keys is held down, that key will act as if it were not pressed, until I release it and re-press it.

Unfortunately I have not, and it's not just a bad keyboard since I got 2 of them, and both have the same problem. In the near term I've just gotten used to it, and if I press/hold a key and don't move I can quickly compensate by releasing it and pressing it again. Long term I intend to replace them with something else.
