FN key combos not working

Hey all, I have a VP3 keyboard that I recently removed all the keycaps to clean, the odd thing is, upon putting them all back on, my FN key didn't do anything.  I put it in the correct spot and even tried the other keys around it just in case but it didn't register.

Can anyone help me get my Functionality back?
