Open sourcing the V3 Firmware + client (or techinical documentation)

I'm wondering if there are any plans to open-source the V3 firmware, client, or at least provide some documentation / skeleton code to help with starting an open source version of the firmware without having to reverse the original.

I'm personally interested in implementing a few features, for instance implementing an interface so that the RGB status indicators can be programmatically set by the host via a script. Or re-mapping the special Fn keycodes to match with those on my laptop.

  We are looking into it for the future, but do not have any immediate plans to open-source the firmware.
