Hyperlinks render as ordinary text when not hovering

Unless you actively hover the mouse over hyperlinks in the forums, then they render as plain text rather than interactive elements.

  Thanks for letting us know, we'll inform our devs. The site is new and we are still fine tuning as bugs are discovered.
