Num Lock does not Light up on the LED Indicator.

When I press Num Lock the LED indicator for it does not go on. I know the LED indicator works because when I go to program anything, I see it light up. Also, the Caps Lock LED indicator works.

I tried to program the LED to come on when I hit the Num Lock button, but I have no idea what I am doing.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry to hear about this issue. If you can, try the keyboard on a different computer, with a different OS if possible. Many times, macbooks and other macs do not recognize NumLock since they do not have that functionality or key. If you email us with your order number and any additional information you may have, we can investigate further.
