Brand new keyboard with multiple problems...

I just received my new keyboard. Been waiting and very excited. Really disappointed so far.

1. USB C to B? Why??? Should be C to C!

2. The cable is way too thick for the routing on the bottom. Tried to install and damaged the insulation.

3. The right option key is busted! Is sunken lower than all other keys, and doesn't click (mx blue switches).

4. Followed the mac instructions re: firmware updater. Immediately after clicking update, it just says FAILED.

So I have a brand new out of the box keyboard with a damaged key, a damaged cable that isn't the right kind of cable anyway and a broken firmware updater.

Also your site says live chat starting at 11AM PST, but there's no live chat, just an option to leave a message.
