USB-C extensions

Is there any specific reason why I am unable to use a USB-C extension with my CODE V3? I have two keyboards, one for gaming and one for coding so I like to swap them quickly and use one cable. However, I can't get my CODE V3 to be detected by Windows when I'm using a USB-C extension to relocate the port out of the frame of the keyboard.

  I'm sorry to hear about this issue. We have not heard any issues so far regarding extensions, though hubs can potentially cause issues. Be sure the connector plugged into the keyboard is firmly seated. The keyboard works fine with the computer if plugged in directly?
