Keyboard not waking MacOS from screensaver following firmware update

I upgraded to the latest V16 firmware on my model V3 keyboard today and since then I can't seem to wake my Mac from screensaver and I have to shake the mouse. I have tried resetting the keyboard with the dip switch but this hasn't helped. Am I able to get the firmware which was shipping with this unit to downgrade?
