Page Down key sending multiple other keys (V2 87-key)

I have a V2 87-key purchased in 2014, recently when pressing the PG Down, PG Up, or right WIN key, the keyboard is sending numerous other keys.

Pressing any of these keys sends all of these other keys at the same time.

Specifically...

pressing pg down also sends various function keys, print screen, insert, and number keys.

pressing pg up also sends some function commands like mute, vol up, F1, F2, F3, print screen.

Is there anything that can be done to repair this? Or are those keys now just unusable?

Most likely there is something wrong with either the PCB or controller board, usually we will see things like this when there is liquid spill damage.
