Firmware upgrade remapping key

Hi,

I recently experienced issue on my keyboard, so i decided to upgrade to the latest firmware from your website. It's been two days and i noticed :

- Screenshot key does not work anymore

- ALT and OSKey are inverted,

Is there a way to remap key without having to use an alternative software ?

• Model V3
• Driver FW_1.20.exe

EDIT : I did a few more research, seems like i'm in MAC mode with SW1 on, SW2 off. This explain ALT/WINDOWS key swap with new V3 firmware. I would like to have the AZERTY French layout back, but i cannot find anything about this on here

Benjamin Rothlender You can change the command/option keys in many ways, one of which is with our dipswitches.

Regarding AZERTY, your keymap is set by the OS, you'll have to choose "French" from your list of languages in your keyboard settings in your OS.

Putting all Switches to 0 did solve my problem. Everything is now fine after firmware update.
