Remaping with a keys combination
AnsweredHello WASD
I recently update my V3 keyboard to firmware 2.80 from 0.17.
Before I had remaping the Capslock with the combination of <Left Shift> and <Right Shift>. With the 2.80 firmware I can not to remap using the combination of these keys. What is wrong? Is not longer possible?. I have downgrade de firmware to 0.17 and at the moment there is not problems.
I recently bought a Skeletor 61-key (I'm still waiting for it to arrive) Will I have the same problem with the remaping to a combination of keys?
Thanks a lot.

Hello,
2.80 is quite different than our older firmware, we've moved all of the triggers to be combos of the Fn key, so using shift as a trigger is no longer possible:
Triggers can be single keys or a combo using the Fn key and 1 key (For example: “W” or “Fn + W”). Also there are certain keys that cannot be set as triggers: current Fn, Pgm, Shift, Layer swap keys, Media function keys and LED control keys.
If you prefer the way the older firmware functioned, please continue to use the older firmware version. You can find older releases here: https://support.wasdkeyboards.com/hc/en-us/articles/4414920068119
The VP3 keyboards are made by Vortex and they have their own entirely different firmware from our TKL and Fullsize boards. You can check out the user manual for the VP3 here: https://support.wasdkeyboards.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009171708-Keyboard-Quick-Reference-Manuals
