I wish all your keyboards would be selectable also with

a) USB hub ( major, if possible ).
b) smartcard reader
c) DVD/BD drive, if plausible. (for real).

My desktop space is very limited.

  CD/DVD/BD player could be something this size, integrated in keyboard but you get the idea. (src)

  Thanks for the suggestions Antti, 

  We have talked about integrating a USB pass-through before, but we haven't made a keyboard with any of these extra additions yet. I will let the team know, but I can't say if we will be able to in the future.

  Do you accept design suggestions? I think it's simple enough for me to design a 4-port USB 2.0 hub add-on to fit inside the case, exposing 3 USB ports externally (as the keyboard itself would use an internal one).

  The only problem would be making the holes for the ports. I don't know if WASD's supplier can (easily) accommodate a modified case. Maybe it's possible to fit the USB ports on the seam, just adding a dent to the bottom part wall, but I have to check the internal measurements and clearances to confirm.

  The USB ports are not in the PCB because my intention is to make separate mini-PCBs just for them and place them near the edges of the keyboard. The board dimensions are 60x25mm.
