Keyboard will sporadically stop working and "USB device not recognized" appears on screen

Hi! I love my keyboard, but after around a year or so of use, it randomly stops working and Windows displays an error reading "USB device not recognized".

I've tried a different cable, but I think the problem is with the USB-C port on the keyboard itself. The cable the keyboard came with doesn't fit in the provided cable management grooves (my only other major issue with the product), so the cable sits at an awkward angle relative to the port.

I probably also damaged the port while trying to fit the cable into the grooves- it looks like it fits, but it doesn't!

Can I send it back for repairs? Can I repair it myself? Thanks!

  Yes please, email our support and we can set up a return for you to repair your board. If you've already tried replacing the cable, then most likely it is the port.
