Is the Maker program still active?

I sent in a new design via email in April of 2021. Upon no response, I followed up in July and October of 2021. Still no response. Is the Maker program still active?

If it is still active, it's alright if the design didn't meet criteria / expectations for maker designs, but it would be great to get that feedback rather than be ghosted.
