Keyboard cord is very loose
AnsweredI ordered my first WASD keyboard on November 24, 2015. The keyboard is a "code 87-key mechanical keyboard". On January 26, 2022 I ordered another WASD keyboard. This keyboard is a "WASD V3 87-key custom mechanical keyboard". I added a custom sleeved USB-C cable with this purchase.
The problem with both keyboards is the cord connection to the keyboard is loose and does not create a solid connection. It never has. If I bump my keyboard or my sketchbook slightly moves the cord, I have maneuver and wiggle the cord into a position where I can use the keyboard again. Since the day of unpacking these keyboards, the keyboards have sat on the same desk the entire time. I don't travel with them. I assumed the first one may have been a fluke, but having two keyboards with the same flaw is frustrating.
My wife has another keyboard from a different company and she does not have these problems.
Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hello Dan,
I'm sorry to hear that. The Type-C port should be very tight and should not come out easily. If you are having issues to me this is showing a defect. Have you emailed our support about this? We can help you fix this issue.
As for the V2 the micro ports were a weakpoint and this can happen, thankfully you can update and upgrade a V2 to use a V3 type-c port, we sell a kit on our site.
Please open a ticket with us for your new V3 and we can help you fix this issue. Thank you.
